The Dibaji Residential Apartment project was shaped around the challenge of designing on an existing structural framework. The project aims to improve the quality of life for residents by creating a balance between proper natural lighting, desirable views, and the preservation of privacy within the organization of interior spaces.
Each residential unit, with an area of approximately 250 square meters and three bedrooms, provides a comfortable living environment suited to the needs of family life.
In the façade design, the architects used the limited existing potential at the corner of the main elevation to introduce a sense of dynamism and movement to the building’s form. This approach not only gives the structure a distinctive architectural identity, but also helps strengthen its interaction with the surrounding urban context.
